It is proven that one small positive thought in the morning can change your entire day. We want to inspire people and bring positivity and productivity to their lives whilst being environmentally conscious and socially responsible.

Our aim is to  create awareness of the impact disposable products have on the environment.

By making a wiser choice and changing the material that lines disposable

coffee cups, we are one step closer to making a difference.

Most paper cups are lined with petroleum based plastic resin and although the paper element is recyclable, combined with the plastic lining, the cup will most likely be rejected from recycling facilities as they are unable to separate the paper from plastic, therefore these cups end up in landfill.

Cup of wisdom cups are lined with a PLA plant based plastic making them compostable and recyclable in selected areas throughout Australia.

Polylactic acid “PLA” is a biodegradable bio-plastic coating derived from Corn, it is a renewable resource and is certified compostable. PLA has less carbon footprint than regular plastic, even if it ends up in landfill.

The driving force behind the idea came from my finding strength in motivational quotes during the life's ups and downs of my life. Sadly, in our society depression and mental illness is so common. The pressure of life, work, money and portraying perfect image gets too much for so many people. Unfortunately, I've known far too many people dear to me who have lost the battle include my beloved Dad. For me whilst personally finding the strength to rise above and move forward, I found solace by reading inspiration quotes daily.

Through ‘Cup of Wisdom’ I can inject the smallest amount of positivity into someone's day and make people stop and think for a second about how beautiful life can be and how unique and special they are.

“Making one person smile can change the world – maybe not the whole world, but their world.”
