1. Products can only be returned to Cup of Wisdom for credit within 7 days from invoice date even if Cup of Wisdom is at fault. If Cup of Wisdom is not at fault and the customer wishes to return product, the customer will: 1.1. Pay the cost of freight of the goods both to them and back to Cup of Wisdom, 1.2. Pay the cost of freight of the goods back to Cup of Wisdom if returning for credit and then received a replacement item of the same quantity.

2. Returned products can only be credited at the value equivalent to the current market value of the products.

3. Damaged goods are not eligible for return. Products to be returned must have a returns authorisation (RA) number clearly visible on the outside of the package (NOT on original carton), and the product must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition acceptable by Cup of Wisdom.

4. Any goods that have been written on or defaced by you or your courier will not be eligible for return.

5. Cup of Wisdom only accepts complete cartons with no items missing. Cup of Wisdom does not accept for credit sleeves of products nor individual items.

6. Approved product returns must be returned to Cup of Wisdom within 3 days of the RA number being issued or the goods will be declined and returned to you at your cost.

7. All returns outside the above conditions are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, if and only if Cup of Wisdom agrees to accept the return at the sole discretion of Cup of Wisdom. Cup of Wisdom is under no obligation to accept returns of Product from Customers.

Once the order is processed, same day dispatch and delivery in Sydney area, our preferred delivery runner is Go People.

With this service we offer - Point-to-point deliveries. Parcels are delivered directly from the pick up location to its destination. GPS enabled system, we can live track your parcel at all times on the map. At each transition, notifications and updates and sent to relevant parties to keep informed of the status. Proof of delivery, signatures and pictures, are viewable through the platform instantly.

For all areas out of Sydney, products will be sent using Australia Post or other courier companies. We will notify you when that order has been shipped.

2. You explicitly give Cup of Wisdom authority to leave the goods in the safest possible place, which you must specify when ordering in case no one is present at the time of delivery. If nothing is specified, then Cup of Wisdom will authorise their Shipping Provider to leave it in the best possible place. 

3. Cup of Wisdom is not responsible for the safety of the Products and both Cup of Wisdom and You accept the Shipping Providers confirmation as absolute confirmation that the goods have been delivered.

4. Should for any reason, the Shipping Provider not be able to leave it in a safe place and they take it back with them, you will be liable for a redelivery fee as charged by the Shipping Provider.

5. Please note: These products should not be left outdoors. If you are unable to immediately move these products indoors after deliver we recommend you make alternative arrangements. Cup of Wisdom will not accept responsibility should these products be damaged due to outdoor exposure as a result of them being left unattended.

1. Cup of Wisdom warrants that all Products supplied are fit for purpose.

2. Should any Products not meet the Customer requirements for this purpose, and then Cup of Wisdom will replace the Products at no cost to the Customer or provide the Customer with a full refund at the Customers preference.

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Cup of Wisdom Cups and Cup of Wisdom Content belong to the Cup of Wisdom and/or third parties (which may include you or other users.) Cup of Wisdom reserves all of its rights in Cup of Wisdom Content and Cup of Wisdom Services. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trademark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Cup of Wisdom or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
